These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Arcade 51™, memberships, payments, refunds, leaderboards, user conduct, and website access.

By accessing, browsing, creating a profile, purchasing a membership, submitting a score, or playing any game on Arcade 51™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
1. Use of the Website
Arcade 51™ provides browser-based arcade games, leaderboards, player profiles, membership features, donation links, merchandise links, and related entertainment content. You agree to use the website only for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes unless Arcade 51™ LLC gives written permission otherwise.
You may not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, exploit bugs, manipulate game scores, attempt unauthorized access, attack the server, upload malicious code, or use automated tools to abuse gameplay, leaderboards, accounts, payment systems, or website features.
2. Eligibility and Minors
Arcade 51™ is intended for general entertainment. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use the site only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use the site, purchase memberships, donate, or access third-party links.
Any future physical student safe-haven program, after-school program, event, or in-person activity may require separate registration forms, waivers, parent or guardian permission, safety rules, and eligibility requirements.
3. Accounts, Profiles, and Member Information
Arcade 51™ may allow players to create local profiles, member profiles, gamer tags, or similar identifiers. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login or PIN information secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your profile.
Arcade 51™ may suspend, restrict, delete, or refuse any profile, gamer tag, score, or membership if it appears fraudulent, abusive, offensive, unlawful, technically harmful, or in violation of these terms.
4. Membership Access
Arcade 51™ may offer free games and paid member-only games. Unless otherwise stated on the site, the first two listed games are free to play and the remaining games require an active paid membership such as the Paid Membership.
Paid membership access begins when payment is successfully completed and confirmed by Arcade 51™ or its payment processor. If a payment is pending, failed, disputed, reversed, refunded, or cannot be verified, membership access may be delayed, suspended, or removed.
Membership features, game availability, pricing, names, benefits, and access rules may change at any time. Arcade 51™ will make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate, but occasional technical issues, maintenance periods, or temporary outages may occur.
5. Payment Terms
Memberships, donations, and other payments may be processed through Square or another third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable third-party payment processor terms and policies.
You authorize the payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout. You are responsible for making sure your payment information is accurate and that you have permission to use the selected payment method.
Arcade 51™ is not responsible for payment processor outages, declined cards, bank holds, processing delays, failed webhook confirmations, chargeback fees, or third-party account issues.
6. No Refund Policy
All sales are final unless special circumstances apply. Because Arcade 51™ provides digital access, online entertainment, membership features, and immediate access to member-only games after payment confirmation, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only at the sole discretion of Arcade 51™ LLC, unless a refund is required by applicable law.
Special Circumstances That May Be Reviewed
- A duplicate charge for the same membership period.
- An unauthorized or fraudulent payment that is verified through the payment processor.
- A confirmed technical error that prevents paid access and cannot be reasonably fixed by Arcade 51™.
- A payment made for the wrong account where access was never used and the issue is reported promptly.
- Other extraordinary situations reviewed and approved by Arcade 51™ LLC on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund review, contact Arcade 51™ with your name, gamer tag, payment date, email used at checkout, and a short explanation of the issue. Approved refunds may take additional time to process through Square, your bank, or your card provider. Processing fees, bank fees, chargeback fees, or third-party fees may be non-refundable where allowed by law.
Donations are generally non-refundable because they support the Arcade 51™ student safe-haven mission, unless Arcade 51™ LLC determines that special circumstances apply or a refund is legally required.
7. Cancellations and Access Changes
If recurring membership billing is enabled, you are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if you do not want to continue. Canceling a membership stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for prior charges.
Arcade 51™ may cancel, suspend, or modify membership access due to nonpayment, chargebacks, suspected fraud, abuse, violation of these terms, server issues, discontinued services, or other operational needs.
8. Leaderboards, Scores, and Player Content
Players may be able to submit gamer tags, initials, scores, leaderboard entries, tournament entries, or other simple content. You grant Arcade 51™ permission to display, store, moderate, remove, or reset submitted leaderboard information for site operation, fair play, moderation, and promotional purposes.
Do not submit offensive, hateful, threatening, adult, harassing, illegal, impersonating, misleading, or infringing names or content. Arcade 51™ may remove or edit entries and may reset scores at any time, especially when cheating, glitches, exploit use, database errors, or suspicious activity is detected.
9. Game Rules and Fair Play
You agree not to cheat, hack, manipulate JavaScript, modify requests, spoof scores, abuse bugs, reverse engineer access controls, use bots, overload the server, or interfere with any game or leaderboard system. Arcade 51™ may remove scores, block access, or terminate profiles if unfair play is suspected.
10. Intellectual Property
The Arcade 51™ name, logo, artwork, website design, game branding, text, layout, code, graphics, audio concepts, and related materials are owned by Arcade 51™ LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, clone, modify, publicly display, or use Arcade 51™ materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
Third-party names, payment services, product links, or other references belong to their respective owners. Mention of a third-party service does not mean Arcade 51™ owns, controls, or endorses that service beyond the stated website use.
11. Donations, Merchandise, and Third-Party Links
The website may link to Square, Redbubble, or other third-party websites for donations, payments, merchandise, checkout, or related services. Arcade 51™ does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, policies, shipping, taxes, payment processing, privacy practices, account rules, outages, or customer service procedures.
Merchandise purchases are subject to the policies of the merchandise platform or seller shown at checkout.
12. Privacy and Data
Arcade 51™ may collect or store information needed to operate the website, profiles, memberships, payment confirmation, leaderboards, tournaments, fraud prevention, and support. This may include gamer tags, names, email addresses, local profile data, score data, payment confirmation references, browser/device information, and server logs.
Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and should not be stored directly by Arcade 51™ unless a secure processor tool specifically provides tokenized or limited payment information for legitimate business purposes.
13. Availability and Changes
Arcade 51™ is provided on an “as available” basis. The site may be updated, repaired, redesigned, moved, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued at any time. Games, features, pricing, payment links, member benefits, scoreboards, and site content may change without notice.
14. Disclaimers
Arcade 51™ is provided for entertainment and community-building purposes. The website, games, memberships, leaderboards, and related content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Arcade 51™ does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, permanent score storage, compatibility with every device, or that all bugs will be fixed immediately.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arcade 51™ LLC, its owners, operators, partners, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost data, lost scores, lost profits, lost access, device issues, payment processor delays, or third-party service problems.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Arcade 51™ LLC’s maximum liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Arcade 51™ for the specific membership or service giving rise to the claim during the applicable payment period, unless a higher amount is required by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arcade 51™ LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website, your violation of these terms, your misuse of payment systems, your submitted content, your violation of law, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
17. Termination
Arcade 51™ may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website, member-only games, profiles, leaderboards, or tournaments at any time if you violate these terms, create risk, abuse the site, submit improper content, dispute valid payments, or interfere with the site’s operation.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Arcade 51™ LLC is organized or principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Any disputes must be handled in a proper court or forum with jurisdiction over the matter.

Return to Arcade 51™Membership Cancellation
Members may request cancellation using the small red Cancel Membership button at the bottom of the Arcade 51™ website or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future membership access after processing. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refund requests are reviewed only under the special-circumstances refund policy described in these Terms.
