Parental consent comes first
Every Kids AI Class account needs a parent or guardian's approval. When a child signs up, we collect only a gamer tag, a PIN and a parent email address so that we can ask the parent for consent. We email the parent a link to review this notice and approve or decline. If we do not receive approval within 7 days, we delete the request and everything in it. After approval, we email the parent a confirmation with a private link to review or delete the account.

We do not collect children's real names, home addresses, phone numbers, photos, voice or location. The class has no chat and no public profile, and children cannot post content. The lesson videos are hosted on our own site, with no third-party video players or advertising trackers. The page saves a login token in the browser's local storage so your child stays signed in. You can clear it by logging out.
How we use and share it
We use this information only to run the class for your child. We do not sell, rent or share children's information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. Our web host (Hostinger) stores the data on our behalf.
The optional free membership
A child who completes all five lessons and correctly answers a question about prompting may receive 3 months of free Arcade 51 membership. The membership uses the child's gamer tag and the parent's email address. No payment information is collected and it does not renew automatically.
Keeping and deleting information
Unapproved requests are deleted after 7 days. Approved accounts are kept until the parent deletes them or asks us to. A parent can, at any time: review the information we hold, refuse further collection or use, and have it deleted, using the private link in the confirmation email or by emailing 2bros@arcade51az.com.
Security
PINs and links are stored only as one-way hashes, the site uses HTTPS, and only Arcade 51 administrators can access the records.
Changes
If we change how we collect or use children's information, we will update this notice and ask parents for consent again where the law requires it.
